Initially, I organized JF BUSINESS, FUNDING & FINANCE in 1991 to serve   as a business and community development consultant to local, small businesses and volunteer organizations. To further enhance the positive impact upon the community, I was awarded my first mortgage broker's license in 1995. For over a decade we have successfully provided funding for purchasing and refinancing homes in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Due to profound changes in our industry and the need for more 'muscle', we have joined forces with HERITAGE FINANCIAL, INC. It has proven to be a very positive move that has opened the avenues to more lenders and programs that provide the necessary funding for that most important purchase!
