Initially, we organized this company in 1991 to serve as a business and community development consultant to local small businesses and volunteer organizations. To further the positive impact upon the community, the receipt of our first mortgage brokerage license in 1995 allowed the successful operation of brokering residential mortgages to various Lenders across the country.
